I don't understand the tone? You don't like my ideas...fantastic. Ignore them or rebut them. As far as I can tell, you've expressed your primary objection to my thoughts is that the book has a rule against burying a casque on private property. It doesn't. Not unless you're somehow related to the publisher...
I'm happy to debate ideas. Some are good, some are bad. Hopefully someday the back and forth of thoughts will lead somebody or some group to a casque. But I don't understand the tone? I haven't been knocking your thoughts. I think much of the energy around Brooklyn has plenty of merit. The discussion over the past couple of weeks has been pretty interesting. I'm simply proposing an alternate hypothesis.

There's obviously the famous Wall Street... But there's also a Wall Street you pass between Barrett Triangle and St. Peter's Church. It's one block before you reach Hamilton St.
