Yeah, I can definitely see the dragon shape. I like the stone/sea wall. So where do we go after after education and justice. I think we need to throw in a cable car.

I think this one is similar to Boston. You stand at the spot and see all the clues like Pier 43, 41, Balclutha, fisherman's wharf, blue/gold ferry, flag pole.

I completely agree. We let the verse guide our movements to the location we stand at. Once there we let the image take us through our final turns.

That’s exactly how I got to SHP and the movement’s of the image guided me to Stone Walls Door. And that is where the damn treasure is. But I digress. Meanwhile back at the wharf.

A couple of fun facts:
Woman in the painting is wearing a traditional Chinese wedding dress except it's not red; it's blue. Blue for Democrat?
Another blue + red = purple
Dianne Feinstein married Richard Blum in January 1980. I wonder if BP was in SF then.
J E W on the table but I don't think BP would emphasis DiFi's religion. But he was Jewish himself; so maybe a proud moment.
DiFi's ribbon cutting ceremony at Fisherman's Wharf in Oct. 78 (Gh). And timelaps photos.

Swearing in as mayor in 1978. (tongue in cheek)

I do know that BP went college at Stanford. So he would have local knowledge. Maybe too much local knowledge.

A few more fun connections to Fisherman's Wharf:
Her unusual blue eyes, even white of her eyes are blue.
“San Francisco Blues” is Peggy Lee's song dedicated to San Francisco.
“Fisherman’s Wharf" is another.
Lee could be a remote connection to Chinese surname i.e. Bruce Lee who was popular then.
Return of the dragon 1972, Enter the dragon 1973.

I think that Di Fi has a home on the Lyon Street steps.

Boston image had the location map in her robe obscured by squiggly line. Using the same template one can point out the area of interest.
Here's the map of pier 39 outlined in red by Google and comparison to the image. Yellow oval is my area of interest.

The first thing Is of course the dragon would be Lombard St. to the north and east.
To the south is Greenwich St.
To the west check out 2525 Larking St. https://tinyurl.com/tnrjduy
Doorway similar to the frame of image 1; zoom into the doorway. Isn't that the same griffin design as the senior center? (Assuming it was there in early 80's). https://tinyurl.com/v9qaxzg

Interestingly "silver bar" is present in V7

click...click...click

Someone or something has been obsessively viewing this page. Almost a quarter of a million views since last August. That's almost a thousand views a day or about 5 times the average for the second most popular thread, which changes from day to day. So, as a public service, I'm bumping it to the top of the list, where a thread with 305,270 views belongs.
You're welcome.

San Francisco has always been the most popular thread. Making the forum public (viewable to non-members) helped too.
Probably mostly FB viewers. I see a lot of our old posts show up there as new breakthrough!

You do? Must be the private page sponsored by the Podcast since there is very little cross-posting on the public FB page that I frequent occasionally. At any rate, I've made it easier for those fine folks to find what they are looking for (sixty in the last hour). A lot of early risers on the West Coast apparently.

A couple of month ago someone posted my Coit "solve" from a couple of years ago verbatim. Seen the clock theory and Lyon recently too. Amusing. Likes and hearts can be addicting. To be fair I checked out the validity of Sterling Park here briefly.
