• From far Cathay, the dragon's Pearl:
Chaste, perfect as the silver moon.
Chaste, untouched, perfect and round as silver moon, may describe "Mercury", "Hg" (backward Gh), liquid silver,(Seated Hermes).
• One of the 3 puzzles with "Roman" connection, SF, NOLA & NYC. SF: Hg, Mercury, Roman God.

Here are interesting factoids about the dragon.
• It's unusually "long", and twists, turns and meanders like a river; a stone river. Water is present around the dragon. Arms crossed over it.
• "Long" in Chinese means dragon.
• In fact, there's a Long Jiang, Dragon River, part of Pearl River system. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_River_(Guangxi)

To make a long post short, we have a long river made of stones with crossed arms over it.
Stone river crossing, which is meaning of Stan-Ford in old English.
