there is a building called appel joyce just north of pabst theatre, and a schumann and associates company located in an old building in DT (S of pabst theatre); with a collection of menter's work in a library on UWM campus somewhere.

im thinking the latter is the best connection.

is anyone from milwaukee? does anything come to mind?

im looking for the alternate reading of the woman with harpsichord clue...the former aussie got famous playing in germany in 1947, where she was compared to three of the great german female pianists.
