Nice work Kang. Probably one of the most solid solves I have seen for NYC.
There are a few points where I got lost, and I might discuss in PM. Having said that, if you can jump back on to the clues afterwards, maybe getting lost at one point isn't as terrible as one might think.
I might take another look and if I think of a different fork in your path to go down I might suggest and see what you have already explored, as it seems you've done a thorough job of exploring the area.
Who knows... you might have been one shovel away from a hit!

Just stopped in to ask you to join a small facebook group for the Secret.
Kang, I know you probably do not even have a FB account, but would love it if you created one if just for the group. We do not bullshit much, nobody gets banned, and we actually focus on good theories and ideas. No finger paintings or any nonsense.

Here's another possible similarity in the "bookend" images (library bookends with arch plates):
Both have dragons?

Bhutan Mission next to Sharansky Steps (since 1971).
Flag in front of the building has a dragon similar (kinda foo dog looking) to the foams in water.

Ralph Bunche Park setup looks like a sundial; gnomon being the Peace Form One obelisk.
1st 5 lines of the verse describe a sundial:
In the shadow of the grey giant, find the arm (clock hand/gnomon shadow) that extends over the slender path in summer.
Spiritr, do a 3D model of this park as a sundial!
Theme is "peace". Isaiah verse on the wall for peace between nations, v for peace, UN across street, Peace form one, branch of v for olive branch?
Sharansky has been mentioned in the dedication section as voice of freedom in the Soviet darkness. Note the darkness in the woman in the painting's eyes.

I think "From the middle of one branch of the ν" describes Peace Form One obelisk.
branch of the v = olive branch + v = peace
From = anagram of Form
one = one

Someone should go dig out the cask out of that v shaped planter!

Interestingly the obelisk is set in an angle with the rectangular opening in the "middle" facing the planter. So if one stand behind the obelisk, they can see the planter in the view box. Sundials' gnomon normally point north. This obelisk is set in an angle toward Blackwell's Isle.
