421’s questions were about BP’s hints and Palencar’s clues relating to the paintings. Which are all fair questions. The problem that I see with that is he framed them with the Japanese hints which have nothing to do with the paintings or Palencar.

This is true. I also reached out to Dave and let him know that whatever he was actually asking, it wasn't clear to at least one person. Dave said he would come back and clarify, since it was too late to edit the original post. I hope that gets the conversation back on track.

I was drunk and irritated and conflating two issues (as you probably already know); so, as requested, let me clarify while sober...

1) It's bizarre that JJP said he shouldn't put the Constitution in the image to the puzzle maker as it would be too obvious when, in fact, we have a couple other images (i.e., Cleveland and Chicago), in which JJP clearly had no problem including images that OBVIOSULY suggested the exact casque sites.

Would the picture of the Cleveland wall and columns NOT have given that one away? Cause, that's what it did. How about the fence and bowman? Same thing. But including an exact drawing of the Constitution would have given Boston away, right?

2) It's bizarre that JJP is willing to explain features of the solved images that have nothing to do with what the royal "WE" know (i.e., he will not touch the fact that he MUST have been directed to include the coordinates of the images). Instead, he mentions bullshit that couldn't possibly be true (or helpful) like the Constitution's portals.

JJP neglects to talk about things in the images that are obvious to anybody and already "solved," things that he MUST have been directed to include (e.g., coordinates in the Cleveland, Chicago, and Boston images). He also avoids describing things that would be useful to solving the puzzles that he DID draw under direction of BP.

I know why the lower rungs like GW keep lying, but I really don't understand why JJP started lying.

Honestly E, the only question I would like an answer to from JJP is 'Why?". Why betray his friend by doing the one thing he always claimed he would not (could not) do, when the easier and more honorable thing would have been to remain silent and leave the puzzle to those of us who still care about it?
